Originally teased through Scott's social media channels in October 2020, and eventually released through a raffle, the shoe emerges with a suede and textile construction throughout the upper. A backwards Swoosh stands out on the side wall, with a PlayStation logo on the lateral heel. The heel patch includes the Sony logo, while underfoot, the rubber outsole reveals 'PlayStation' in English on the right shoe and Japanese characters on the left.
